It’s day 2 of the coaching series and today you’ll learn about how the meal portion of the Hot & Healthy Fitness Program works.



What you need to know
  • New menus are posted on Fridays
  • Menus can be found in the FILES section.
  • You’ll also get a shopping list, prep instructions, cooking instructions, and individual recipes.
  • Prepping all 5 meals at once should take you about 2 hours.
  • Meals follow must meet the following criteria. Simple. Healthy. Delicious.
