What you need to know
  • It takes 21 days to build a habit so stick with it…. Even when it doesn’t feel natural.
  • Do the workout, even when it looks hard.  You can always modify if necessary.
  • Life begins outside of your comfort zone
  • Lean on the group, we are all here for each other.
  • Don’t shoot for perfection just try to be better today than you were yesterday.
