I love AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible). I know exactly how long I’m going to be working which mentally makes the workout just a little bit easier for me. Something about not knowing if a workout is going to take me 15 minutes or 30 minutes just scares me.
You can call me a sissy, its ok.
This week grab a kettlebell (18-26# is what I recommend but use what you have) and set a timer for 12 minutes.

Great workout. I’m getting bored of my old kettlebell workout of 15 sec of swings then 15 secs of rest. After a year of doing that twice a week it has really gotten boring. I’m going to try this one instead next time. Thanks!
