- Get out your calendar RIGHT NOW and put your workouts in there.
- Treat them like you would a doctor’s appointment, or your kids soccer game. You wouldn’t bail on one of those things so don’t bail on yourself.
- Be specific. What days, what TIME of the day.

In the comments I want to know what days and times you’ll be working out. PLUS are you a paper calendar or someone that uses a phone calendar? I always find that kind of thing fascinating.
Watched this and I have my HHL workouts on my calendar on MWRF. I am now adding some additional morning walking to my calendar and making a commitment to do it. I work best using a electronic calendar/planner – although I love to write so I struggle with this slightly.
I will be working out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:50 am. The weekend at 2:00 pm. I have both phone and paper schedules.
