  • Get out your calendar RIGHT NOW and put your workouts in there.
  • Treat them like you would a doctor’s appointment, or your kids soccer game.  You wouldn’t bail on one of those things so don’t bail on yourself.
  • Be specific.  What days, what TIME of the day.

In the comments I want to know what days and times you’ll be working out.  PLUS are you a paper calendar or someone that uses a phone calendar?  I always find that kind of thing fascinating.
